| sweeet, i never thought i'd make it in another calender or bookTue 4th Dec, 2007so back in the day when i was like 13 or 14, i used to use my parents 1.3mp olympus digital camera, yea that was the stuff back than man! but anyways, basically i took a picture of what a dogs view of laying down would be like, and well mom submitted it into a photo book contest, and blablablah u get the picture. well just 20 mins ago i found out that my 15 minute random 12th grade freehand drawing is in the 2008 calender, hopefully this just isn't some clever scheme to get us to buy the darn thing, but it'd be nice to find out when i do buy it that i see my lil piece of artwork in history. =] thnx million master piece! -LD (http://www.myspace.com/davidmaxey) talk to me i'm bored!!! =PComments & discussion:Zdenek Gromnica Wed 5th Dec, 2007 Heh, nice story :) And congrats! :D tonickWed 5th Dec, 2007 hi..Congrats on making it to the calendar!..well done Paul FisherTue 4th Dec, 2007 Well done David. Actually, images created in 2007 took presidence over any others, but your image was obviously judged as a very good fit for the month you were placed in. We don't just look for the best pictures when compiling the calendar, but rather ones with really fit each theme. It doesn't matter whether it took 5 minutes or 5 months to create, so long as it sums up the spirit of the theme. Again well done.
