I am a professional writer and artist, newly relocated in Western New York on a farm with my husband, who I met online about a year and a half ago.

I moved here one year ago from the L.A. area in Southern California. The climate is amazing; I loved my first winter here with lots of snow and cold temperatures.

The environment is stimulating and peaceful at the same time. It stimulates me as an artist and a writer, it gives me peace as a human and spiritual being.

I'm known on the web as the blogger "firefly".
