I think this does not belong on here. The nudity it not for an artistic purpose and it is not even marked mature. -SprayPaintYeti |

This is inapropriate to the youngers on this site. A 32 year old should be perfectly aware of that. sad |

Well, if moderators or admins would uncheck this Child Friendly box, then I suppose it's all good?

There is checkbox that says "Child Friendly". I suppose that by un-checking it, persons under 18 will not be able to see it. I haven't tested, but that's how I think it works. And if the artist won't do that, admins can do that.
There is all kind of art, you know, surreal, "artistic nude", weird, horror or whatever! I bet this one is combination of some of those... This image isn't even any kind of a stupid joke. The artist definitely has skills in drawing this type of images. This is mature content - yes. Label it as mature and in my opinion, if kids won't be able to see it, it's fine. I bet it will never be published in calendar or anything like that.
Only problem might be if some kid will fake his/her birthdate. Parents should control where their kids go on Internet and what they do there (and that's the truth, there is so much worse content on Internet than this image and no one else can control what kids watch but their parents). I know, unfortunately in many cases parents won't even care or have time to watch what their kids do. In that case, we shouldn't think of how to fix this website, but how to "fix" parents.
From the legal agreement: By accepting this Agreement and using the Software, you acknowledge that you are age 18 or above, or that you have obtained such consent.
EDIT Duh, I must take my words back now. I have actually read further into legal agreement and found something else:
Images created that depict or transmit a message which can be construed as (i) pornographic, obscene, indecent or of an “adult” sexual nature; (ii) violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party; (iii) be libellous; (iv) advocate or promote violence or conduct that constitutes a criminal offence; (v) promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, age or otherwise; (vi) be harmful to children; (vii) give rise to a civil liability or (viii) otherwise be illegal are not permitted. Such Images will be removed without warning at the sole discretion of The One Million Masterpiece Ltd. So this kind of content, according to those rules, should be removed.
Censoring things won't help us making a collaboration "where all outcomes are valid" and "create a true snapshot of our global society", but I guess nothing can be perfect.
Sorry for my useless debate.
