It never finishes loading when I try and add art work. It constantly says loading. Does any one know what's happening? Thank you so much!

p.s.- I'm new to this and don't really know if I'm just missing something

I used to have that same problem on my old laptop, but I was never able to figure it out what was wrong. Sorry I am not really much help here, but you are not the only one who has had that problem.

Thanks. At least I'm not the only one. It's weird b/c it seems like every other day it will load. Oh hum at least it's starting to work now
