Is there a way to ban the IPs (or some other indicator) of the users that follow the hyperlink here from whatever site these morons are coming from?

Banning IP addresses is a dangerous game, since it may prevent many other users from accessing this website. But I guess that's the only alternative to manual deleting.

Or how about just preventing users signing up if referer = www.nazi-morons.com?
Would probably get rid of a few idiots if not all.
