When you are logged in and click on View Picture you will automatically be zoomed in on your own image. You might notice however that the image isn't quite up-to-date.
It happens because we have little programs that take your image and replicate it for different levels of zoom. Unfortunately these little programs have been naughty and are not doing exactly what we want them to do.
They are being fixed as you read!! |

My image is not complete - but it is missing things that are in the middle of the drawing sequence. Is this a bug? Not usre whether this counts as not being updated? Hoever I love the concept - hope you make millions more than you hoped for.http://www.theonemillionmasterpiece.com/en/fusion/images/smiley/wink.gif |

Hi Lindy,
Firstly, I have to say that your image is absolutely beautiful and really does show what can be achieved with the tools.
Did you use the old drawing software to draw the picture (i.e. did you use any squares in the picture). When we upgraded the software some squares that people had used were wiped - we are trying to let everyone know that was affected at the moment.
If that isn't the issue then it would be great if you could provide me with a little more detail on what is missing? Was it the last things that your drew which disappeared?

Hi Paul, there were other things on the window sill that were not there that were drawn before the last things I added when I first made my pic. I have been back since and added them again and this time it worked. I love the fact that you can go back and alter or completely change what you have done! But perhaps there is a little glitch that doesn't record everything in a complex square?
Do you have any way for people to add another square to the canvas? Or to be able to do so with contiguous squares? That is if say a group wanted to make something larger than one square.... Perhaps people might like to add separate squares for different charities, but once registered their details may not allow them to re-register??
It is great to see this thing growing, and have mailed as many people as I can about it.

Sounds good to me!! Thats the way to make it grow, and it certainly is coming along quite a bit.
I beleieve Lindy, the issue you mention has been corrected now but if you are still having issues with viewing your image then I will ensure it gets dealt with.

Wondering if I being a bit blind (I do need to update my glasses) if the preview, and smaller preview squares are updated/updating yet?
I have since edited my image, but on the smaller ones my baby face looks like it has a 2 o'clock shadow on it and a stray dark dot? Is that how it really looks small, or does my pic just need updating?
Appreciate your advice.
Many thanks.
Jacqueline

Changes have been made to improve the usability of the viewer application, and the performance of the paint app. |
