Hey, I hadn't posted anything for a while (Due to massive overtime at my work), so I figured I'd ask about updates on you all. Whats crackin? Didja get a new project at school? Get a new job? Gain super powers?
I'll start it off: I officially have my computer again, so I can start playing online games again (if I can find the time.)
I'm officially accepted to be an english teacher in China. I'll be leaving sometime in February. (Oh, and I don't speak chinese so this will be interesting.)
Lastly I intend to quit my job as a video game tester at the end of december (Meaning I won't have to go to work until I leave for China) so I can catch up on everything. Maybe even finish my pictures on here and leave a few hundred comments.
Whats up with you guys? |

I went to Erotica UK last night, had my friend blag us both backstage (as it were), met Dita Von Teese (who is tiny by the way), drank copious amounts of free champagne whilst my friend got hit on by the girl serving us, and not been sleep since. |

Hmmm well i might add my own little story cause im so excited about it. I finished school about a week ago, forever. So then i had the school formal and got all dressed up (yay!) so then i party'd til 3 in the morning, and woke up at 5 to catch the train to the gold coast, this took like 7 hours
So at the Gold Coast was schoolies week, were basically any queenslander who has finished school heads up there to party for a week on the beach. There were like 25,000 of us, was totally awesome and a bit scary!
now im home |

Totally, I can't guarentee that I'll read it due to massive amounts of overtime, but I think adding stories is always an improvement. |

Hello to you too. Baking sounds like a good idea, I have a boss that us workers pester about eating a cookie called a "snickerdoodle". We almost convinced him that he is the only one on the planet who has ever eaten them. But since I've known what snickerdoodles were since I was little, I'll figure I'll bake the office a batch before I quit later in december.
Just to give me an excuse to eat a lot of cookies (as if I needed one). |

Well, one of the requirements is that you must be 18, so you can be held accountable for any secrets you release. Another is that you have to be familiar with video games. Other than that, those are the requirement to get the job.
To KEEP the job, you need to have a lot of energy drinks to stay awake, the ability to perform mind numbingly repetitive tasks, and be able to investigate problems that arise in the game.
At 1 point I was even thinking about making a webcomic about being a video game tester, since it is a very interesting experience, and its nothing like most people think it is. But I haven't for multiple reasons: 1. I suck at drawing simple characters (I always try to make them too complex), 2. I have yet to get an actual website of my own (deviantart doesn't count) 3. I have a lot on my plate as it is. and 4. Making a webcomic is extremely difficult to do alone, I would have to find at least 1 partner to make it successful.
Oh yeah, one more thing about video game testing. This job not only officially makes me a "Professional Gamer", but I'm a "Professional Hater" as well. |
