well this is my second post, but i want to introduce myself anyway 
i'm 23 and i'm studding graphic design.... drawing and music are my partners in life!

not that good, because there's some people that's using this situation as an excuse for violence, they go out and destroy whatever's on their way
it's sad to see how after 30 years, hate still comes out from both sides, dividing us...
i just hope his death to be the beggining of a real end...with answers to the victims of both sides. |

Ahh, see I thought the whole thing was pretty one-sided. Pinochet was a despot and completely discredited, except for maybe a illogically loyal few. Ah well, I guess that's what happens when Isabel Allende visits your school - you are more familiar with thast particular view.

i totally agree with you about Pinochet, and as you said there's just a few loyal... but it was like a war where no one really wins, because the "enemy" was your neighbor, some one of your family, a class mate... and is in situations like this when the hate comes out again, of course not that strong as 30 years ago, but is the normal people hating each other, when all the anger should be aimed against those who committed the crimes
i understand your point of view, and i'm sure that's how the most of the world see it too...which is a great reference to stay the most objective as possible from the inside.
i just wish my english to be good enough to make myself clear >_< |
