Lisa, I love your pic, it is so quietly there, fitting into it's space with ease - really lovely. |

Thank you Lindy. It's funny as I don't think I'm a calm person, but people quite often comment that my work is quiet or calm. I guess it's usually quite still and static.
Actually yours has caught my eye, what a beautiful tribute for your friend Margaret.
Cheers, Lisa |

haha! the Space Monkeys! She's so beautiful! She's a lovely little creature with such personality- i sometimes have a lot of problems trying to put personality into some of my characters. I adore the blue and how you've plaed the different shades off of eachother, she's really something! |

Thanks!
There's loads of personality in your drawing....I guess that comes from drawing something so personal to you. And *how* much have you done in 18 years! You sound as if you should be 105 with all that fitted in! (I do actually know someone who is 105...she's certainly fitted in quite a lot! ) |

Thank you....some people think it's a bit sad, but peaceful was more where I was aiming! I tend to sit in this position when I'm outside on the grass, thinking. |

Hey, Lisa! I want to link you back to one of our other discussions. Your initial post about your image going slow has a lot to do with my post.

I may start again as well
I'll try to find the best way to capture the replay as it is now and I'll post something on that for those of us that want to keep on without completely discarding the past.
cheers! |

Ah, yes, I just answered that one! It would be good to print out the images in their various stages, but my knowlege of computers is so limited that I can only print out the whole page, with a very fuzzy image. I would like to do a portrait of my son..... I joined the project quite near the beginning, not realising that there was almost a year to go! I guess an image of the little man would be something I would be proud to represent me for the rest of eternity....even though I don't usually do portraits... |
