It means 'Like the bloom which outblooms' as under Miyavis' image and the next line means 'Please check by all means a281;!'
Not telling us anything about being a celebrity. In fact it doesn't make any sense at all! |

Well, Miyavi is a J-Rocker (japanese rock) and he is very famous in the gothic-lolita and asian rock scene.
