Hey guys.
I just finished my pic for this project and not the bloody thing is frozen on the "Saving image" part of it. If I refresh.. I lose my image. If I log in again and look to see if it's just the net then I discover that the image is not saved at all.
Any tips? I don't want to lose my image because I actually really like it.
.......... Okay. So I just lost my image. -__- The site just went apeshit and died. |

Hi Lori. That must be sooo frustrating! Look just above the 2 hands held together on here. Click on the "About us" and click on the link for the team at admin. You need to contact Aemonn. He should be able to sort out whatever problems you are having. I did notice over the weekend that the system was playing up I think they may have been updating. Hope that helps. |

Hi Lori, I'm so sorry to hear about your troubles with the site.
This has been a continuing problem. It's caused by a browser version / operating system / connection type combination that seems to create a bug. So far we have been unable to replicate the problem, but we know it does exist.
Because of the way we store images (as a code that can be replayed like a little movie) we cannot upload static screen shots or images for you I'm afraid.
For now, try drawing something and saving at regular intervals to avoid loosing the entire picture. If your image won't save at all then we ask that you bear with us while we try and find a solution to this. |

HEY PAUL
HOW YOU GUYS DOING. I HAVE BEEN THINKING. HEHEHE AGAIN... ANYWAY THERE IS A TIME OUT RIGHT? MAYBE THE TIMEOUT IS THE CULPRIT? MAYBE LET THE TIMEOUT BE LONGER OR TURN IT OFF SOMEHOW? MAYBE TURN IT OFF AS A TEST AND COMPARE THE ON AND THE OFF.
I THINK THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME IN THE BEGINNING BECAUSE I DREW FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. THE DRAWING TOOL IS MAYBE WORKING INDEPENDENTLY AND A PERSON TIMES OUT.... YOU TRY TO SAVE AND....OH NO..
HMMM....
IM GOING TO BE BUSY FOR ANOTHER WEEK BUT AFTER THAT I WILL PERFORM AN INDEPENDENT STUDY ON THIS THEORY FROM THIS SIDE OF THE PROJECT. WILL LET YOU KNOW HOW IT GOES.
PEACE OUT JOE

I've had this issue a few times before, but it had a lot to do with my own connection along with the great amount I was trying to save at one time. |

The exact same thing happened to me and I had to lose lots of stuff. It worked when I hit save every minute or so. |

I was so upset about losing my first pic that took ages to draw that I'm considering not doing any more on here, but on paper!! |
