I dunno, I just drew something! This was the first thing that came to mind...it reminds me of my niece. Even though her hair isn't that short. I love that girl, and she alwasy has a smile on her face.

Nice picture, I think you should leave it uncolored, it makes it more origonal. She looks really happy.
