wishing death on anyone is wrong. There's a diffrence in wishing he wasn't the president and wishing death.

The thing is, if he dies, it would be counterproductive. When a president is assassinated it is easier to think of him/her as a hero even if they were clearly not. It would be better if your piece said "Bush must be impeached and leave this world as an historical footnote". Although I admit that that would be hard to fit in.
