HI FINLAY GREAT PIC. IF YOU WANT TO ADD SHINE TRY TO GO EVEN LIGHTER ON THE SLIDER AND JUST BUILD IT UP. IF YOU HOLD DOWN THE MOUSE WHILE YOU MOVE IT IT STAYS ON THE SAME LAYER OF COLOR. AS SOON AS YOU LIFT THE BUTTON YOU GET A NEW LAYER. HOPE THIS WILL BE OF USE. ANYWAY LATER. JOE

I like this - very cute :) You'd mentioned adding shine to the hair...for the style your drawing in, you could also add shine the way you added color to her cheeks. (because her cheeks are adorable) :D
