This person reminds me of someone I know :D I agree with what Angeli said. If you truly hate parts of it, you can always change it as much as you like... but as it stands now, I like the details in the eye -- it makes the person seem curious. :)

It doesn't look awful. You have a lot of nice shading in the hair with your different layers of transparency. I like the little touches of greens. This is very nice. You can do whatever you want with your square with unlimited undos and the ability to keep layering. Have fun with this and say "no" to frustration :D
