After a lot of cold and rainy weeks the summer is back in Germany, finally :-) It's getting really hot the next days. I'll send sunbeams to all who need some. |

Heh heh, I think I have a jacket somewhere, but I'm not sure because I never use it. I remember one time I went up into the mountains in the snow, I had been thinking, if I had a jacket, now would be the time to use it.
I, of course, was standing knee-deep in the snow in shorts, a T-shirt, sunglasses, and flip flops, eating an ice-cream cone. Quite a site to see, in fact, if I had taken off my shirt, I would have blended in perfectly with the blinding white snow. |

Really weird isn't it. We want weather which the other has. ^^
I wish it snowed as well. I loved it when I was in England |

Yeah, the human mind is based on the theory that the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. However, I KNOW the grass is greener on the british side of the fence 'cause it actually rains over there! |

Us valley people get stuck between the desert ground and a sun magnified by polluted air. D; Summer + Bakersfield = Hell. |

A greyness still in the big non-smoke. Waiting for our Caribbean summer, think that comes later than the Indian one.
Here's hoping . . . |

Hmm.. I live in queensland australia, were all on water restrictions, and its been sorta raining on and off the last few days so thats pretty cool. The difference from most places it seems is that when it rains is just a storm and its still really hot. Yesterday i drove to the beach - Bout an hour and a bit drive, it was sooo nice ^^ |

Ok, its december and its uncharacteristically FREEZING here in south California. At least early in the morning and late at night (The only times when I am outside) It may be due to the fact that we have no insulation in the house, and no heater to speak of.
However, when I get to work, after about 3 hours of game testing, the room with all of us testers in it becomes unbearably warm. 70 or so PS3's and Xbox 360's on in the same room does that, along with the fact that it has a bunch of us sweaty nerds in a room without airflow.
I have a solution, I set the timer on the drier to have my clothes nice and toasty when I wake up, and when I'm at work, I sit back in my fake-leather chair and take off my shirt. A winning situation for everyone due to my awesome 6 pack and bulging muscles. (actually, that would probably get me fired.... well... it might.... Maybe I'll try it since I'm going to quit soon anyway.) |

I am in Vancouver and it's not really cold here, you could even say it's warm for this time of the year (it's 7 C right now at 12.26 am!) ! Vancouver is actually one of the warmest cities in Canada and it is not going to get much colder than it is right now and that is about the same temperature than it was for week! Because it's so "warm" here and because this area used to be rain-forest, it's always raining here; it practically doesn't stop raining for weeks or months in the winter. But there is always snow in the mountain in the winter, so we can always go skiing or snowboarding! |
