I'm not sure if this has been suggested yet, but I did look through this forum a bit and didn't find anything, and I was wondering if a random image or random profile button could be implemented. Or maybe a button one can hit and be taken to the next profile.
Just an idea because as I went to my profile page I went to click on a random image link that another site I go to has, and I realized what I was doing and thought it would be a good idea either way.
Of course that'll probably be a whole lot of work.
Anyway, great job so far! I love the stuff that's been added since I've joined. *love* |

| haha yeah one of the first thoughts when i just signed on.. coz i was in a whole heap of confusion when everytime i logged on it was on mine. having to double click on one to see properly.. its alot of scrolling. sometimes we over look some of them and a random button would give everyone a fair chance wouldnt it? |

the proyect is getting bigger..and harder to go across without missing a big part of it
you're doing a wonderful job with this site, but that button would make it a bit more fun |

I find it hard to see new additions. Maybe a page of say that newest 40 or so squares so you can see what has been added since you last logged on and which ones you would like to comment on.
Commenting is addictive. I start of replying to my comments and before I know it I have posted 30 individual comments.
Its so nice that everyone is really encouraging others. I havent seen much bad feedback at all. Everyone is managing to say something positive....which is not really a true reflection of the world we live in! Maybe this project brings out the best in people. |

I can't remember if this is a feature on DA, but is there a way for us to be able to infinitely revisit pieces that we have commented on? I know that there is a "Pictures I've recently commented on" part, but I don't find it nearly enough. I think it was just expanded from 6 squares to 8, but it isn't enough at all... even a favorites section would be great if it can be managed.
It would be really good if we could access more comments from members on our artwork as well.

Wow! Lotsa great ideas. I'm loving the idea of 'fourty newest' because it seems like new pieces get swallowed up pretty quickly (and that's a good thing that so many people are joining, but it would be good if we got to see new works!)
And I'm glad that you agree, Laura, about supportive comments. I won't give really critical comments (unless someone asks) and I think it's much better that people are showing their best side. It's amazing! |

The favourites section would be an awesome idea. It'll help promote some other less known artists! 
It could be like in the format of the "recently comment pictures" and placed below that. |

| Just another thought - perhaps a way of importing an email adress book and writing a personal message to those selected from that adress book (have check boxes so it doesnt send to people you dont want it to) because I know it would take me ages to input all my contacts by hand. Theyve got a similar thing on myspace or facebook. |
