This could also be the result of a messy and destructive child leaving their stuff around and pulling their toys apart (like how my sister was when she was little heh heh!).

good detail, color scheme, and lighting. great amount of feeling (personally I think this picture presents solitude and abandon.) very simple, yet thought provoking. great picture.
