These Black Doves

Black birds hold a very special meaning to me, so I decided to use them in my image. Doves have always been used to symbolize peace, but I prefer them black. These black doves saved me.

Thanks a lot for your comment, yes, used oil pastels before, but have to do it more often...the good thing about digital drawing is that you can go on till infinity! ... by the way, nice work here :-)

Thanks for the kind comment on my picture. I love black doves and the use of the light outlines really draws them forward to the eye.

This really reminds me of a story about a vocalist, she went half-crazy with the fame her band was acquiring, shaved her head and went to live in the lake district, and had a self-revelation with birds that she likens to a religious experience. i really like this square.
