I have another drawing in my gallery, that was made with a tablet. Since drawing with a tablet is easier than with a mouse [for me] I can work better details, etc. But I like drawing with a mouse too. The only problem is the pain on my wrist  |

| Hi guys!!! long time no speak, I've not been here for a few months and so much has happened here! I am rather impressed with the progress and especially at the constant responses to this thread, I'm glad we all have something in common here and I am so stunned at the mousy work you guys are doing, I'm going to brave another one soon I think, let's see if I can remember how to do it! |

| touchpads are even harder than using the mouse! i like mousy as well, shall we make it a new OMM terminology? mousy artistis! and touchypaddy's...? lol I've got weekened fever ignore me...! |

| i can imagine some benefits between touch pads and mouses.. although im not so familiar with the touch pads. but so far i do get annoyed with having to press something while moving a finger around. lol |

Both my paintings are mouse pictures, because I don't know what a tablet is. I've been out of the loop. Judging by the quality of the work I've been seeing that people say is done with a tablet, I better try one. How hard is it and how does it differ from the mouse?

| i reckon your work is great maggie. i wouldnt expect your main piece to be from a mouse. i would of gone nuts with detail in a small square.. do you use a optical mouse? coz i seem to be using the ball mouse.. lol. oh yeah.. a Ball mouse.. god i need an update. |

| I'm using a regular ball mouse, but it's hard to aim small lines and stuff, especially curves. And the lines I try to make seem to jerk around instead of a continuous flow. |

| All of my paintings are "works of the mouse" and I don't care how awful they are. Work isn't about just looking good, it's about feeling. I got my feelings into my arts so you know, I really don't care about how good it is. |

| I did my picture with a laser mouse on top of a textbook as a mousepad >__> I think it came out pretty much ok :D |

My pic was done with an old fashioned mouse...wow. that was hard. I wish I could afford a tablet! lol. It would make my life a lot easier.
Some of these are just plain awesome! I can't believe my eyes...sweet. |

| I only have a mouse as well, but a friend of mine has a tablet, and it's actually really hard to use. it takes some getting used to. |

| There's mine, and I am also attempting to draw some stuff on GIMP... It's really hard! :'( You're right about the perfect circles thing... It's almost impossible! Btw, I used a reference, I hope that's ok! (Cuz I can't draw Yoshi to save my life!) o_o |
